fallout 1st missing atoms

I found an article from October 22, 2020 talking about the Game Pass Ultimate promotion with Scrapbox and it looks like there was a deadline last October 2020 to get access to the Game Pass Ultimate bundle. Here's a link to the article and a snip below to save you the click:

"Finally, get a taste of a Fallout 1st membership with the free Fallout 1st Preview. In order to claim it, all you have to do is log in between October 20 and October 26, find the free Fallout 1st Limited Preview “item” in the Atomic Shop, and you’ll have access to some of the features offered with the membership, including the Scrapbox, Survival Tent, and some free goodies."

The ambassadors are unable to provide refunds, just the correct means of getting your refunds.

You'd need to follow the correct Refund Policy in order to receive your refund for your atoms.

In order to buy atoms for the PC you'd need to use your account that the game is on.

and purchase the atoms through the Microsoft Store for Fallout Atoms

Your refund should be available under the same place you purchased the Atoms from in the first place. So the Xbox store.

You can use this option to request a refund

Ah a fellow Aussie - for me I think it is too much - but then everything in the Atom Shop I feel has been priced way to high.

When I compare it to say Game Pass, and what I am getting from it... well I wont be getting Fallout 1st unless it is heavily discounted, or I can get it free from converting MS Points

I love it but like Atomic said i miss the Deathclaw gaunlet.

If the code was already redeemed then the entitlement for those 500 atoms should be on your Microsoft account, but Bethesda may be having some server issues authenticating your entitlement. Developers are responsible for applying the in-game currency to
your in-game wallet once they verify you are entitled to that currency. I would recommend to re-install the game first before getting in contact with
Bethesda Support
to inquire about your 500 atoms.

If you would like to speak to
Xbox Support you can do so as well to make sure the code was redeemed to your account. You can also check your account

order history for the redemption confirmation.
