Fallo en la imagen del xbox X [Translate] Xbox X image failure

El problema es que la imagen se pierde de manera intermitente al punto que es imposible jugar.

Ya se intento reiniciar la consola, cambiar los cables HDMI (HDMI original de Xbox) por otros y también cambiar de entradas, pero error persiste, final mente intentamos desenchufar el xbox de la corriente un tiempo el xbox pero no hubo cambio. Nuestra mayor
sospecha es que sea un fallo del video sea proveniente del mismo xbox.

The problem is that the image is intermittently lost to the point that it is impossible to play.

I already try to restart the console, change the HDMI cables (original HDMI of Xbox) to others and also change inputs, but error persists, end mind we try to unplug the xbox from the current for a while the xbox but there was no change. Our biggest suspicion
is that it's a video failure from the same xbox.

Thanks for the response / update. From what you've described..

it sounds like it might actually be a hardware issue with your HDMI port.

How long have you owned your Xbox console for?

Less than a year, a year or more than a year?

If you've owned it for a year or less you should still be under the 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Actually i tried another console in the same HDMI port and the failed was not apare.

Thank you for that response, If your console is outside of the 1 year Manufacturers warranty it is still possible to setup a repair order but there will be a cost along with this. Go ahead and take a look at the

Device Support Website so that you may register and take a look at the cost of repair.

I'm sorry to hear about the Image / Picture issues that you're having with your Tv / Xbox console.

Have you tried moving your Xbox console to another Tv to see if the problem follows you to your second Tv?

Try that and let us know. It also could be a HDMI port issue that might need to be repaired.
