Falllo en los datos de xbox[Failure in xbox data]

Mi Xbox One x hace una semana que al poco de jugar a un juego me salta un mensaje que me dice que hay un problema con los datos y que los elimine de la consola y que se descargaran desde la nube al iniciar de nuevo el juego, el problema es que
el problema persisiten ademas he probado a formatear la consola y el problema sigue persistiendo ademas de que cuando reinicio la consola, me sale error y me daopcion de reiniciar, apagar o restablecer la consola, eliga cual eliga se queda enganchada, por
favor alguna solucion.

¿Has dado los datos de tu cuenta a alguien? ¿Has pasado licencias de contenido en los últimos meses? o ¿Alguien con tu perfil inicio sesion en una consola hackeada? ¿ Has modificado tu xbox para jugar juegos ilegalmente?

Thanks for your post! If you've received the troubleshooting screen on your console, use the D-pad to navigate the menu and select the

"Reset this Xbox" option, then choose "Reset and keep my games & apps". This will reset the console and ask you to sign back in to your account, after the console should act as normal.

Intenta borrar el caché.
Pon tu dedo en el botón de inicio de la consola durante 10 segundos hasta que se apague.
Luego espera otros 30 y vuelve a encenderlo. Después de intentar esto, reinstalar el juego.
