compre tres juegos en la tienda, uno es el sonic y funciona, los otros dos uno me da un error y el otro me dice que limpie el disco con un paño!!!!!! Pero es digital. Alguna ayuda.....

Thanks for reaching out to us today! We'll be glad to further assist we would just like to clarify a few things. Apart from the error message to clean the disc- even though it's digital do you get any other message showing up?

Also, are you currently signed in through the account that obtained the games? Meanwhile I suggest for you to clear the consoles mac address as this will refresh the way it connects to your network and our servers.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

Go toSettings
Select Network > Network Settings
Select the Advanced Settings
Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
Select clear and restart

es una xbox 360 slim, es lo mismo borrar el mac? solo me aprece ese aviso "limpie el disco con un paño" , en el otro juego me salta error d000....

is a xbox 360 slim, is it the same to erase the mac?
