    Fall out 4 Bundle - scratch code damaged


    Codes damaged beyond recognition while trying to scratch off the silver material that was covering the codes. Purchased from a game store - contacted them, they cannot do anything, said to contact Microsoft as it is Microsoft's problem.

    Can make out all but 3 characters of the 3rd sequence for the game

    The Anya code is but unrecognizable, but can make out the superstar Cole skin.

    Highly disappointed and feeling a bit at a loss. At a minimum would like to see a refund for that part, but would rather have working codes so I could enjoy the game.

    trouble redeeming on XBOX One for Halo 5 Guardians as a purchaser for XBOX ONE HALO 5 LIMITED EDITION BUNDLE

    Dear support team,

    I have purchased XBOX ONE HALO 5 LIMITED EDITION BUNDLE.

    The system is for user to scratch off the download code at the back of game package, hidden by the silver cover.

    Upon trying to scratch off the silver cover, I have exerted too much force and the code has been damaged and letters have been peeled off.

    Please let me know how I can retrieve the code to play Halo 5 Guardians.

    Upon connecting with support personnel, I will provide all the necessary information to verify my Bundle unit info and etc.

    No Fall Out 3 Code

    Hi there,

    Preordered Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Bundle on the xbox marketplace on November 7, and still have no received a code for fall out 3. I was directed to this forum for some help.

    Did you scratch the entire scratch area on the card? The Sunset Overdrive bundle has two download codes on the same card. One for the full game and one for the DLC.

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.
