Fall out 3 code not sent after purchasing the Fall out 4 pre order

I've purchased the Fall out 4 pre order on the Xbox One on October 2, 2015 on the gamer tag: , and have not received the Fall out 3 code in my messages. I have checked both my console and the official Xbox website and have no messages.

I have already contacted customer support through the official websites live chat feature and have verified my pre order purchase on the gamer tag; and was told to submit my issue here to have it resolved.

recieved this code after redeeming my Fallout 3 code online..so no Fallout 3 even with the code..help please.
