Hoje tentei subscrever ao novo método de jogo online da Microsoft Xbox game pass ultimate. Em Abril este ano, subscrevi a ao Xbox gold durante 1 mês, mas com um cartão de compra única que expirou assim que realizei o pagamento. Quando expirou o prazo da
subscrição, fui confrontado pela Microsoft que tinha ativado a renovação mensal automática da subscrição, ato que não realizei, pelo que parece que a Microsoft automaticamente presume que eu o queria fazer. Como não necessitei mais do serviço, não realizei
mais nenhum ato sobre o assunto. Hoje (20 de Junho) decidi subscrever ao Xbox game pass ultimate, onde introduzi outro cartão de compra única como método de pagamento. Quando finalizei o processo de subscrição, fui comfronado com esta mensagem da Microsoft
na fotografia em anexo. Se alguém me conseguisse ajudar neste problema ficaria muito grato. Obrigado

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account, subscriptions and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

When you added the one month of Game Pass Ultimate, Microsoft converted your existing year of Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate. It became 1 subscription.

Xbox Live and Game Pass are two separate subscription, but Xbox Live and Game Pass Ultimate basically get merged into one.

In other words, when you thought you were cancelling the Game Pass Ultimate, it cancelled the Xbox Live remainder too.

Keep in mind that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass Console and Game Pass PC. So when your GP Ultimate subscription renews, that will keep you playing online. You'll be fine as long as that subscription payment goes through without
issue.
