Fake xbox elite series controller?

However, rest assured that if the controller is registered on the Microsoft devices website with that serial number, it means it's an authentic controller. Unofficial Xbox/Microsoft devices cannot be registered.

If you want to know the specific origin of the controller, you'll need to ask the person you're buying it from. You can also request that they share an image of the controller's purchase receipt if they still have it. There is no other way to obtain this information.

To verify if an Elite Controller is Real;

The Xbox Elite 2 lacks the silver strip on top of the controller and has a textured, rubberized grip instead of plastic handles.

Model number

The model number is on a printed label inside the battery compartment.

Serial number

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 has a 14-character serial number in the lower center on the back of the controller. You can register the serial number to check if it was manufactured in your country and is original.

Hello and thank you for the response. How can i see where the controller was originated from? I have out the serial number into my devices but i can not find where i see that information. It only mentioned that the warranty was gone 01-26-23.
