fake support survey e-mail

Hey! I'm getting e-mails in my inbox from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** about a posting I did on Xbox 360 forums. I did Not post on that date. I've gotten previous surveys that came from a @microsoft.com e-mail account so I knew this new one was not legit. I'm concerned
because it says to do the survey before the 22nd. It also says to click "here" if you didn't post in the forum. I have not posted my e-mail address on any forums or on any social message on Xbox. How did they get it? I marked the first one as spam and
the newest came to the junk folder. Am I at risk of being hacked? Is anyone else getting these e-mails?

I would suggest to change that 'fake' e-mail and put in a real one....but contact EA support to have them help you with linking your tag on their end.

 

The email is legitimate. They are just asking for your input on the results of your question. It doesn't matter if you posted your email to a forum. All that matters is the email that your gamertag is attached to or your contact preferences.

PS. I got one too and they don't ask for personal info.

 

I get these every now and then too. I think they're just randomly sent to people who have posted on the forums.
