    Idk how I got banned but I did I play for a hr didnt talk to anyone and find out this I never talk to anyone unless they talk to me idk what going on but this miss up need to be fix or someone needs to tell me what I'm doing cuss I cant figured it out
    it making me mad as hell

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    I got a week's ban for repeatedly trying to get a refund which I didn't know was an infringement because no one warned me about it while trying to get one. Then a permanent ban has just appeared on my account for harassment abuse and or threatening behaviour
    towards another xbox player even tho I wasn't on the account I think they just randomly ban people. I'm hoping they see that I havnt harassed anyone and give me my account back as there's been 1000s spent on it both time and money

    If you believe they are fake accounts, then report and block them. Enforcement will investigate and remove them if found to be fake.
