The lack of a serial sticker and no Xbox logo on top of the battery cover suggests that this controller is probably not the real thing from Microsoft. If the price was way lower than what a genuine Xbox controller retails for, that's pretty much a dead giveaway
right there.

Given that it came from Aliexpress, an international online store notoriously swarming with counterfeit goods, it's a safe bet that the controller is likely counterfeit as well. Does it even connect to the Xbox One wirelessly?

Regardless, it's probably best to see the Aliexpress website for more information about setting up a return with the seller.

Hi, you can not because the gamepad x360 has a little different function than the gamepad for xbox one. And also because the x360 gamepad can not be set, compared to xbox one gamepad.

Does it make any difference if you have 4 controllers and 8 available channels?

I have also port 1 utilized by some fake device.

My gamepads were connected to port 2 (pad works) and port 3 (pad doesn't work).

After removing fake device on port 1 and adapter reinstallation, ports are updated.

Still port 1 is occupied by fake device.

One controller is detected on port 3 (works) and another on port 4 (doesn't work).

How Microsoft could release it on the market?

I have tried MS suport 4 times (3 chats and one voice support). They promissed to escalate this issue and send me details about planned solution.

It was yesterday and I haven't recieved any mail confirmation as promissed.

Dissapointing.

I have two ELITE gamepads. I like this gamepad. She just does nothing. This gamepad will last a maximum of six months. Then the rubber grips peel off. And on both drivers it happened 3 times. I can't claim them anymore so I have ELITE gamepad just half.

I like playing with this gamepad.

How i can fix that my gamepad shown as 2 gamepads?
