    Fake followers, potential ban?


    Last night a guy who I blocked join on another account in my party through a friend and then flooded my account with almost 2,000 bots. All because I blocked him. I didn't care at first until my friends said that he did it to lower my xbox reputation and I could potentially get a permanent ban. He also said that he was going to wipe my gamer score, which again, I did not care about until I was also informed that this was also a bannable offense. He has been console banned before and he keeps coming back, this is his third xbox according to the mutual friend. What can I do to save myself before I get banned for doing nothing but what is suggested through xbox like blocking someone? I have screenshots of my followers going up, a video of the bots following me and me struggling to find the record audio while he was outting himself saying that he was going to do it, I also have his 3 gamertags he joined on. Xbox said they couldn't do anything until I got banned but I'm trying to prevent it before it happens. What do I do so I don't get banned wrongfully?

    But, if I was you I would change my privacy settings to restrict who can contact me to avoid similar problems in the future

    The only thing you can do is report and block the accounts. Also, you will not get a ban for doing nothing, after all, you have done nothing wrong.

    Block them via your console.That should remove them from your friends list.

    As mentioned,calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    Hey,

    Please be aware that we shouldnt name GamerTags in the forum even though they seem to be run by bots / used to spam/scam.

    The best you can do is to Report the Accounts with the Report a Player Function on the console so the right teams can investigate and take action.
