Fake cheating reports ruined my rep -- now "Avoid Me"

Recently, my reputation tanked, as I usually send messages to the cheaters with modded controllers and the lead weights that go 0-25. My reputation went into "Avoid Me" status and I was incapable of playing most games that I enjoy. This is ridiculous to
begin with--how PC your culture is and how much you coddle the bad players because they contribute substantially more financially in the long run--but I said OK, I'll play along.

I spent over a month and a half using self-restraint, not sending one scathing or expletive-laden message to anyone. I checked daily to see where my reputation was and to see if I received any new reports, with the hopes to improve upon those areas. Every
single day I did this, just to be able to play the things I purchased. Regardless of how asinine that is, it improved, and I used the system as it was intended. I worked my way up to "Needs Work" status and did not receive a single report outside of
one for my gamertag. All told, I would say it was a tremendous success, and I was ready to be reintegrated back into society and paid my dues.

Yesterday, while play Star Wars: Battlefront, I received SEVEN reports for "Unsporting Conduct" and "Cheating" after a four game hot streak of using the Hero power-up to attain scores of 70-12, 55-6, etc. Months of playing by the rules, months of being civil
and respectful, more of my invaluable free time ruined by a system that punishes me no matter what side of it I'm on. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this other than playing well. Now I'm back to "Avoid Me" status and can't play anything again, and I'm
pretty pissed off about it this time.

I lash out at ACTUAL cheaters, I get banned. I play well WITHOUT cheating, I get punished. What is the point of this system if I continue to funnel money into your services and I get neutered constantly for my investment? What will
you be doing to improve this experience (and these reports) so I can play everything that I've purchased without fighting to do so? And how will I be compensated for my frustration? This is absolutely absurd and stands a testament to just how broken and flawed
your entire service is, and I'm deserving of answers that aren't completely dismissive as they usually are from your end.

If you could please provide me with a direct contact number for someone from your support staff so we can discuss this egregious error, that would be fantastic.

Ufc2 rep systeam

The ufc2 and xbox rep systeam is faulty I have been playing ufc since it came out I check my repor history and around the time I started getting good a the game I have got 22 repirts for cheating and 26 unsportsmanlike this has made me have avoid me rep
what a joke you can't cheat in the game and its a fighting game one on one no team to support false report do cause bad rep the mysth are real xbox wont help and the enforcement team dont care they say play online to get rep up I do that then I play ufc2 again
and the next day avoid me rep again and its not chat or text as I have everyone blocked fix my rep xbox I have done nothing wrong to have this rep stop letting people abuse the report system its a joke report so they dont have to play me this is cheating in
its self you need to investigate report properly

 

I hit avoid me rep for a second time now.

So after being avoided once, contacting enforcement on the forums, I'm pretty sure they fixed my rep after my post. It went from avoid me to "good" suddenly a few days after my post. Then after a few games it was back to needs work, and now i'm at Avoid
me again.

I've literally went back to avoid me solely based on cheating reports, this time i kept track of the reports i got from my last one to most recent ones. I went from 35 cheating to 48 in 2 weeks of gameplay on BF4. This is seriously frustrating. I'm being
punished for being good at a video game? total tally count is 48 cheating, 17 unsporting, 6 message, 4 voice. I don't even use my freaking microphone. It's still in my xbox box. How can people make false reports for things you're not even doing?

I really appreciate it Smwutches, but my post suggests that I already know how the rep system works. My complaint was about just that: how it "works." Phone support SHOULD handle the entirety of their services, as its part of the realm of their customer
service, which is non-existent in situations like this because they complacently sit back and cash in on our purchases without providing support for them. Outside of major airlines and eBay, Xbox is the ONLY other company that has been "well tough luck, we're
bigger than you will ever fathom and we don't genuinely care about you other than for having a wallet." It's broken and the complaints are well-substantiated and well-documented.

Is there a separate forum for posting this to have Xbox staff reply directly? This isn't an issue of someone claiming to be a victim--this is an issue of their viciously incapable system and how fraudulent all of my recent reports were.
