We understand the inconvenience caused and we are here trying to do some help. As per description, you cannot find the game purchase on Microsoft Store, and this is happening already twice. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Just want to confirm it, did you buy the game at Microsoft Store?
   
2. Is this happening to this particular game only?
   
3. Have you tried updating Xbox Game Bar and Microsoft Store?

On May 6, 2014 the free status of Fairy Tail season 1 (12 episodes) was ended.

The sale was clearly advertised to run until May 8, 2014 in the dashboard ads as well as in the product's image during the sale.

This has left me with an incomplete downloaded Fairy Tail season 1 in my Xbox Video download history as I had not finished watching the whole series when its marketplace listing was changed.

On May 6, 2014 the free status of Fairy Tail season 1 (12 episodes) was ended.
