Fairly new to Dark Souls

I don't know if or how many times this has been asked, but just out of curiosity is there a limit to how many status buffs you can equip at one time through weapons, equipment, rings, etc? I'm pretty early on in the game and currently have the wolf ring,
gargoyle tail axe and bellowing dragoncrest ring on

Also next week Dark Souls II is out - that should be fairly awesome too. If you kept your 360 that is...

 

Hallow vs. Human?

Being Hollowed has advantages. First, you can't be invaded by another player. Secondly, if you get killed when you're Hollow, you'll only lose your souls - not your humanity. Humanity is very rare in Dark Souls, so only use it when kindling fires (extra
estus flasks - very important,) or if you're absolutely struggling with a boss and need to summon help.

You are only limited by your ring, weapon, and armour slots. You cannot equip more than one weapon buff, however.

 

You also can't have more than one body bluff active at any given time. For instance, you can't use power within and a green blossom at the same time.
