Fair Use of Custom Screenshots for T-shirt Designs

Okay OP, lets put your opinion to the test.

Let's say, hypothetically its your birthday. You mother has got you that brand new t-shirt that puts all over t-shirts out of the image, your so happy you can't wait to try it on! Skip forward a year and your informed that the fashion designers are creating
the next best thing from the original t-shirt, fantastic! But it has too many buttons and pockets, never mind though, because its still a t-shirt.

Now, skip forward a few more years and the same fashion designer launches the t-shirt again appparently 'upgraded beyond belief'. As soon as you get your new shirt, there is a striking resemblence between the 2nd version, and this one. Essentially you've
paid a ridiculous amount of cash for something you only need one of.

Know what I mean?

Forgive me for saying so but I don't consider it a good design for an avatar t-shirt if I can't actually see what it is. That's not to say that the design isn't good over-all, I can't judge it as I can't make it out, perhaps 'not suitable for an avatar t-shirt'
would be a better choice of words?

This is why the 'addict' items stand out so much over the others, it seems to be the only one that was designed to be clearly visible on Avatar items.

That analogy... kind of works if MW3 was the same as MW2, but its not. I don't expect you to know that as you haven't even played the game, but you can at least try to appear like you know what you're talking about.
