Discus and support fair policy pratices in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my account is chat banned for swearing. someone swore at me in text through xbox live i reported it they are not banned. fair policy ? i think not...     Is the game worth getting while I wait for 6

    I just picked up Forza 5 yesterday and lovin it, this way I have plenty of pratice for Forza 6.

    How do you know they arent banned? You wont get told if they were or not so how do you know they didnt?

    If someone sends you an inappropriate/abusive message then the correct course of action is to either mute or report and mute the other. If your sons reply was found to breach the
    Terms of use or
    Code of conduct then they may also receive an enforcement action. You can review Enforcement actions on the
    Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible request a case review from this web site.

    Even with unlimited data plans it will still be quite expensive, most come with a fair use policy and with the insane amount of data they use, they will surely look to be abusing the policy
