fair banning

    Microsoft took my money twice for nothing

    Banning my console just because I was angry is not fair.

    In fact, you could just explain the situation without threatening me with "untimely console ban".

    Problem with my account and console

    this isn't fair i had another xbox and i was playing on it on black ops 2 in a private match with friends doing combat training and they banned that console too! it was never opened never modded and never in a modded lobby, why are they banning me!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It doesn't matter how things get started. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can get suspended. There's no way for you to know for sure that that the other person has not already received some type of suspension. Even if they haven't
    already, they still will as long as you filed a complaint on them.

    When I say "your box" I mean your points, achievement and account Xbox. I have 2 Xbox's one for me and family, and my account is always password locked. And one Xbox for friends and guest and little brothers.

    save your money, get a new xbox, and don't let anyone use it EVER mother, father . brother, sister, boyfriend or whoever. considering your a teacher take this a lesson to be learned (no fun intended)
