Failure to uphold a deal on Xbox market place

I have been advised to post a question on here for someone to get back to me on. I was on my xbox home screen on 1/10/2018 where I was presented with an offer if 40% off xbox live gold memebership however when I selected this offer it would put the prices
back to the original costs of £14.99 (for 3 months) the offer should actually take 3 months to a total of £8.99. If the deal had been retracted then why was this still advertised to me? As this has now caused a lot of frustration. See below the offer i tried
to access and can no longer take advantage of. I have another picture of it showing on my dashboard if required as the person on live chat said this would be needed. I really hope this can be sorted out quickly and without fuss.

Why didn't you just order it from Xbox Live market place Games on Demand?

You get the same deal as the retail stores.

i got the 1st and 2nd one for 20 bucks each on the market place, that's a better deal

 

Sorry for the situation. In any ocasions that has a error of the systems. Go to xbox.com deals and investigate that the offer that available and evaluate.

 

I advise you to delete your user profile and loego make a power cycle and when the xbox is back on, add your perfeil again and see if it has been updated and the offer was deleted
