    So before I play Gears 5 I bought and installed Gears of War 4 to play it first and every time I hit the play button I get the error "Failed to login to xbox live account" I am playing on PC with Windows 10. Any help is appreciated.

    A problem it might be is, the computer might be fluctuating between network connections.

    Sounds like your account is locked due to a billing error. Go to billing.microsoft.com and sign and double check that your personal info for your credit card matches your account info.

    If you are still having issues after that, then give support a call to help you sort it out.
