Failure to Install, tried everything

My newly purchased GTA 5 wont install, I have tried literally everything possible. It stops installing approximately 10-15 seconds after it starts. I have tried offline install, clearing caches, rebooting, etc.

Xbox support does not know how to fix it or why it's happening. They basically read the same stuff I found on Google back to me. Their next suggested fix was to either do a factory reset, meaning I would have to reinstall everything. Or exchange the system
under warranty at a Microsoft store.. losing everything. I was lucky to have 1 month left on the warranty. If you don't have one and this happens I guess your just ***. THIS NEEDS TO GET FIXED. I will try and update this once and IF I get it fixed.

Halo 5 refuses to Install. Tried Everything

So I had an Xbox One for a couple years now, I got Halo 5 when it came out, and have been playing it ever since. Lately, I sold my Xbox One and got an Xbox One S. I have now been trying to install Halo 5 on the Xbox One S, and it continues to fail over and
over again. The disc is spotless. I have tried everything out there. Every article out there that says "This will fix it", I have tried, and no luck. I've gone through Xbox's troubleshooting list, I've gone through all the articles out there trying everything
and it continues to fail. When I try to only install the disc, not including the online update, it freezes at 65% every single time. No matter how many times I reset the Xbox and try again, it freezes at 65%. When I am online and try to install the game, along
with the update, it fails at 25%, every single time. It's like there's this wall that the game refuses to go beyond. Like I said, the disc is spotless, not a scratch or mark on it. I'm sure I can't return the game now that I've had it for over a year, so what
do I do at this point?

When you tried an offline install did you completely cancel the install before going offline? If it was still mid installation when you disconnected your console it's worth cancelling it completely. If you're still having troubles, can you check to make
sure the disc doesn't have any scratches or cracks on it? If you have a friend with an Xbox One, see if you're able to install your disc on their console.

This issue has been resolved, none of the troubleshooting fixes worked, however I guess it is in part due to my extremely bad luck. Replaced the disc, nothing. Before exchanging the console I went out on a whim and got a 3rd disc. After a hard reset, uninstall
and everything else I tried once again with little to no expectations. However whether magic or dumb luck the 3rd disc worked. The fist disc had an obvious scratch straight out of the package, the 2nd disc appeared to be fine but didn't work, the 3rd disc
was the charm!

Nice! A disc swap is definitely much easier than an alternate console.
