Thank you for confirming that one of the suggested solutions seems to work. I am going to further investigate this issue with FFX/X2. I was able to reproduce the problem that you are reporting. I then attempted to confirm it on another PC, and that one was set to offline and did not run into this error. I will keep this thread open as I further look into this and hopefully provide an update once we find what is causing this error within our PC Game Pass app.

4. Select Download and install.
   
5. Once the update is complete, restart your device.
   
6. You should now be able to install, update, and launch games.

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type PowerShell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and select Run as administrator.

I tried literally all of these steps and none of it worked. I suspect that the offline mode method might have worked the only issue is that for me to be able to play a game in offline mode I need to first have successfully launched the game while connected to the internet. I really hope we can get this issue resolved soon, thank you again.

If you're attempting to transfer content licenses from one account to another, you should know that no such operation exists within the bounds of the Live service. It is possible, once a year, to transfer downloaded content licenses for the same account
from one console to another to address an issue of unplayable content due to a console failure, but this in no way accomplishes the act of removing content licenses from one account to attach them to another.
