    Tried it, still won't recover. Does it maybe have something to do with the number of Gamertags that have been downloaded onto the xbox? Just spitballin...

    No that shouldn't matter at all.It may be a connection thing.I suggest just letting the process run overnight and see if it recovers by morning.

    Is Microsoft ever going to fix this or, at least, explain how to work around? It seems to be a major flaw in the puzzle program.

    Some challenges using jigsaw not in your collections get stuck at "downloading" as well.... about 2 weeks problem...
