Failure to download + Need to buy back?

I wanted to get this game to play with a friend of mine, so I bought it, Tried to download it, but then It stopped downloading at 99%. I went to the Storage to see if anything was there and I found that the data for Raccoon city was corrupted, and that I
needed to delete it. I then deleted it and returned to the store to Re-download it, But it said I needed another $20.00 to buy it, then download it. I would request either a full refund to my Xbox account, or the Game itself. Any help will be gratefully appreciated

Purchase/Download Failure

Check your download history and see if it will let you download it from there -

Failure to Download Profile

Clearing the cache just gets rid of the useless files on the hard drive.It doesnt hurt anything at all.In fact it is recommended.Also, you will need to recover all the gamertags that aren't on your hard drive at the moment.In other words, any profile you
can't sign into needs to be recovered.The others should be fine,

Dear. The game was purchased by GAMEPASS, but as is reported, if I download it, let the game download I don't need to buy another one, just keep playing. My problem was that when updating the game as requested by XBOX, the update crashed and it was necessary
to restart the entire system. After the system restarted I looked at the library and the game was no longer available. That's why I'm complaining. It was a system failure.

Probably just a hardware failure somehow. You'll need to send the Xbox back for repairs if you want it fixed.

you have the same issue as mine, its basically a system failure and you can send it back to microsoft and theyll fix it for $79 or you have to buy a new one

Unfortunately, you can't get your data back. This usually happens when your storage device is on the tinkering point of failure and needs to be replaced.
