Offline System Update, it's recommended to have the console serviced under it's

Standard Limited Warranty. It is not recommended to open an Xbox console or attempt to replace any internal parts in it.

No, they are not updated. That’s the point. We have the 7196 version and that OSU files are for the 7194. That means that when we try to do the offline upgrade process, it fails because our Xbox is in a higher version than the one that we are trying to
install.

The same process but with the updated OSU files should solve our problems.

Just information update, someone confirmed the 7196 is on public, but osu1 is not available for now. Not know how long to wait. Very frustrating. Please make it quick.

I have the same issue that Bruce has. My firmware ends in 7196. Microsoft rolled out a new update, but mid way through the download I get error messages that there was a problem with the update. I know for a fact that my hard drive is good, because I
just replaced it. Where can I physically download the update to a USB?

Yes, this is what i see, and like i said, this is not the latest public release actually. The latest one today ahould be 7196.
