Failed update for Xbox One

I have restarted and reset the Xbox multiple times... disconnecting the power cord as well. I have even tried the manual USB update. I can't get past 53%. Help!!

I installed the xbox one yesterday, it downloaded 76% of update , then the update failed, now my xbox wont connect to the site to update

 

Blu-ray player update error 0x8024401f

The Blu-ray player for Xbox One attempted an update, but failed, giving error code 0x8024401f.

I have tried this all. I even went out and bought a USB drive to do the manual offline update. It still fails.

But I shouldn't have to pay for something that the update messed up! It was working perfectly fine until the update came through!

 

Hey I'm sorry your having this issue. Your router controls how you download. If you were downloading an update and it took longer thank usual. Your network could have placed that update on your console the wrong way. What I would recommend is doing a soft
factory reset which would roll back any malfunctioning update and replace it. You DO have to be connected to a good network so I advise you use a different network to do this for your console. If you don't get stuck again you might have an issue with your
home network somewhere. Your network does 110% of everything for your Xbox one, and uses way more settings than any other device in your home. Here is the connection guidelines for live.

Please keep in mind that these are the minimum requirements in order for a game or app to have a “Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.
