Failed to Sync World Data in Minecraft Xbox One 1.14

Recently. I decided that I should factory reset my Xbox One S due to performance issues. This caused a problem, while solving the original one. I lost access to my 70MB world on Minecraft! All of the other ones synced over perfectly. I'm sure this has happened
to lots of other people, how do i solve this?

    Thanks,

    Ayden

    P.S.

I have tried factory resetting a second time, clearing local save datas, removing my account and readding it, and power cycling.

    :)

    @AydenShurley

Regrettably, as others have mentioned, your world is irrecoverable, if the game reports that it is corrupted.. If you have launched the game, current save data is automatically synced to the cloud. You can try and contact Mojang, but there is no guarantee
    of a successful outcome.

To prevent this happening in future, I would advise you to make a copy of your current/most important worlds. This can be done, by clicking the small icon next to the save, in the Load menu, and scrolling all the way down to the bottom. Here's a screencap,
that shows what I'm talking about.

I've been in the beta for many years now, via the
    Xbox Insider program
, and this is something I do at least once a week, along with managing worlds I no longer need.

    Hope this helps,

If your world wasn't backed up onto the cloud then the world was erased when you factory reset your console, unfortunately there is no way to recover your world.

    Hello Ayden,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have lost access to a Minecraft world you created after a factory reset. What happens when you try to access it? Does it even show up as a world you can attempt to access?

If you havent already, we recommend also getting in touch with the developers for further support in getting your world back.

Yes, it appears to be a world that was saved in the cloud prior to the factory reset. The world thumbnail is grayed out though, and when I select it, it gives me this:

"The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it is in a good state and try again."

The world probably wasn't saved in the cloud if you lost it. :( Unfortunately there's no way of recovering saves that are not online.
