    Minha conta Xbox Live Gold "parou" de funcionar!

    I have an Xbox Live Gold account, but at the same time it does not allow me to use the Gold subscriber resources. It's like you're not a Gold subscriber.

    xbox live sub active but can't play multiplayer

    I'm an active subscriber via xbox live on the web, but my games on the xbox one act live I do not have a sub which tries to get me to buy a gold sub... should I reset the xbox one or any ideas?

    Even i cannot migrate my account to another region. May an agent could help me to add my account into live gold or mirgrate my account to US. Thus I can take further action.

    China isnt an xbox live region

    Codes are region specific so if you bought an out of region code you need to match the region

    The migration tool is really only meant for those who are moving to countries that are Live enabled. Although you can migrate to a region that has Live if you live in a region that is not Live enabled you may still run into issues purchasing and/or downloading
    items.

    Just create another account with region UK or USA and add it in your Xbox. Redeem your code through the new email you created whose region is UK or USA(Any Live supported region).

    I had the same problem, made the account having region UK, signed it in on my Xbox and redeemed the code. Xbox Live is shared among all the users on Xbox so you can use your original email and play with it.
