    I purchased "the big eye" "spooky wings" "spooky mantle" "spooky trousers" "dark monk robes" and now I'm unable to even look at them... I'm also unable to wear "basic flats" "right eye only" "elderly texture" or "basic texture"

    (Which are all things I used in my two versions of my custom skin)

    I used paid for tokens to get these items and now I can't even look at them so can you fix this? I just want to play minecraft and use my paid for custom outfit

    Make sure that the packs are already installed on your games and add-ons.

    If they are already, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

    Check if this corrected the issue. If it didn't, I would recommend reaching out to minecraft for further assistance!
