    Failed to restart system update


    Hello to all,

    I purchased an Xbox One S, and the first time it does the system update which is 1254 mb.

    Below it says that: "the console may restart several times" ..... ok

    But during this update, another 40%, the console went off but did not restart. I turned it back on and the update started from "0".

    Even the second time it turned off, and not restarted, but this time when I turned it on, the update has started again from about 40%. The same happened to 73% of the update.

    Can not this restart be a problem?

    In some cases it could just be a failed update, to try and fix a failed update, go to settings/ system /storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on the controller. LB RB X LB RB X select yes on the next screen, the
    console will restart and attempt to update again.

    Issues downloading profile

    Well before I saw your post I had formatted the hard drive and restarted the console, then I tried to download the system update to see if it would work and the system update failed and I knew that the profile download would fail if I tried to download it.

    Migrated to a Microsoft account; says I don't own Minecraft: Java Edition.

    Log out of all accounts. Sign into Mojang (it should should fail), then sign into microsoft and restart the system.

    If this doesnt work perform a windows update as this seems to update/register minecraft account for some reason

    tried that my usb desk drive is to wide to fet in the plug in the back of the xbox so i burned it to a desk and it didn't work it just goes straight back to the error screen after a brief attempt to finish the download.
