    Hello everyone,

    I have a big problem since the last gears upgrade I can't run gears5 on my pc anymore. the error is Failed to open descriptor file …… Gear Game/Gear Game.uproject... Any pieces of advice ??? Thank you

    Keep getting launch error when trying to play Gears 5 on PC

    That's where a separate anti cheat file is for me. Though I have my gears files there as well (but I can't open the anti cheat file listed within the gears program.)

    Gears of war 3 beta unlocks?

    Make sure the "beta saved game" file is "In the same folder as "gears of war 3" saved game...In other words, open the Gow3 beta, go to saved game and move it to the gow3 saved game file...that should do it...

    Playing Gears 3 has wiped my Gears 3 Beta save file data.

    An update on the situation.

    I've had another look through my HDD on my Xbox and came across a game save for something called "Unknown Game"

    When I clicked on that it opened up "Gears of War 3 Beta Title Update #1"

    The file size is 487MB

    So something relating to the Beta is still on my HDD but because it's in a folder labelled Unknown Game Gears 3 can not read it.

    Does this help me in anyway?
