Failed to Login - Minecraft

Hello,

On a *brand* new Microsoft account, when linking with PS4 Minecraft, I receive the following error;

"We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong".

I read around and found the issue seems to be not having logged in to the Xbox.com website. After logging in and creating a display name and clicking Sign In on PS4, I am briefly logged in, then kicked back out with the message;

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for "Playstation Network".

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for reply!! But sadly...

I already tried those solution before, but it’s doesn’t work for me.

I have been try to below ways to fix it, but all failed

1. uninstall and install Minecraft again.

2. Drop all Minecraft data from PS4, and login again...

3. Clear all data and download again, still login failed.

Any idea can help me login success to play Minecraft :-(

Also when I try to login into any minecraft server it says
Connection Failed: Null

How are you, mate?

Please follow these steps.

Restart Minecraft.

Open the in-game settings.

Here select your profile.

Under that, go to the ‘Clear Account Sign in Data’.

Select and confirm it.

Restart the game again and sign in to your Microsoft account.

Well, seems I've found a fix. Using a brand new PSN Account, the issue was resolved.

Hopefully this is useful to others with the same problem.
