    So i have only one character he is sl88 and when i click to load it there pups up a message saying Failed to load character data ;(

    what should i do...

    can i fix this or not???

    Failed to load data

    Transferred all my saved games from old XBox to new using a super fancy transfer cable. All saves show up as a white square with a question mark in it. Get message failed to load. Anyone know if I can recover them somehow? They are no longer on the old
    drive.

    I have the same problem only my store and community have vanished there just blank and my apps have gone also it keeps saying could be a temperary problem but gone 3 days now any help would help alot?

    Sounds like a corrupted save file, which cannot be fixed.

    That sucks. Failed to load character data:( :( Happened to my sl 161 on dark souls 1 nothing you can do about it but start over... =[.

    I do hear about this randomly. Did you make sure to use the Quit Game option when you stopped playing? I know that if you do not do that, it will do that.

    Sounds like a corrupted save file, which cannot be fixed.
