Failed to join xbox game pass

Hi

I would like to join to xbox game pass. When i choose the backup payment i recieved an error that say:

Try a different way to pay

Or change your Microsoft Store region. The region where your payment method was issued and your Microsoft Store region need to match.

I live in Dominican Republic and when i change the country or the payment method i recieved the same error.

Hi Jose,

sorry to hear and sorry to say "Game features that require the Live service are only available in these countries/regions."

And yes there is a
possibility to change the region (do not forget later to
add your credit card which of course is from the same region in which you then live after you
change also
your billing address)

when you join Game Pass, your games are flagged with Game Pass, and sometimes when you quit it fails to remove those flags, you'll need to reinstall the game

I have an automatically renewing subscription, I just paid for the next month a few weeks ago. I’ve had game pass for over a year, and it has never worked. In all games on game pass, it doesn’t let me join or even host an online game. It always just fails, and gives no reason why.

depends there is a way to play it without the dl but you get no updates or new maps its strictly bf3

What does can't play mean, exactly? I believe you need patches 3 and 6 and any content you want.
