    Is anyone else experiencing this issue? When I search for a match it finds one almost immediately, but then can't join it. After about 10 seconds I get a message saying "Failed to join the game. Please check your network connection and try again."

    If I didn't know any better I would say were trying to play bf4 . Sorry couldn't resist. Hopefully is just day one jitters.

    Same problem here. It either finds a game and says failed to join, or just looks for a game forever and if I cancel it gets stuck at cancelling. I can't seem to find any official forums or anything for this game either.

    Same here and several times the match disconnects before it's over only was able to finish two games without disconnect

    Still cant join any games in multiplayer team vanquish graveyard mode, just tells me to check my network settings, and the 2 games it did let me in, there were no players

    Been having same issue, except garden ops. Could join and play garden ops but was extra laggy. Should clear up soon, though....I hope.

    I was having the same problem, but I would just switch to the second game mode. One mode for each game type allows special characters and the other mode doesn't. Whichever one gave me the error message, I would switch to the other and it tended to work.
    I did see the message about the maintenance as well though. It said it was going to fix this. Having a blast regardless. Great game.

    What does can't play mean, exactly? I believe you need patches 3 and 6 and any content you want.

    Try the server browser and go into a match with no one in it. Also, that helps if you are having issues with getting a squad into a game.

    Anyone having problems connecting to servers on Battlefield 3 with friends?

    I can't even join a game at all, it just keeps saying failed to join and then when it finally starts joining it goes back to menu and says lost connection, so i just gave up.
