Failed to connect to XBox live

Started from 1 week ago, my XBox 360 suddenly failed to connect to XBox Live. The connection testing always failed to reach xbox live while it confirmed there is no problem with my hub & internet access. All of my other devises at home can access internet
normally and nothing changed for quite a while.

The error status report from connection testing is as following,

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 48E0

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0006 - 0000

L: 8015 - 190E

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: Wireless

A: 192.168.11.17/255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.11.1

C: 6

I have already tried following steps many times but the issue is still going on,

1. Unplug the power of my cable & hub for 5 minutes as the connection testing suggested.
   
2. Formatted the XBox disk.
3. Cleared the profile cache.
4. Reset XBox to factory default.

Please suggest anything I can do to fix this.

I'm having the same problem and i have tried every of the solutions named above, it still isn't working

try using a other wired network like your mate's or try using a new wired wiring see if that helps you out,

 

When you say you unplugged the power to your hub does that include the modem/router as well?

If not then please try unplugging the modem/router (while the console is off) and wait until it's fully connected before turning the console on.

If the console is connected wireless then please try an ethernet connection. You could also try connected directly to the modem (if possible) instead of through a hub to see if that helps.

 

I tried again to unplug the power of cable and restart it (while console is off). Also, use ethernet to connect xbox with cable directly. It still does not work though the error status changed as following,
