Failed to connect profile and Xbox live. Error 80151907

Hello. Today I account my xbox360e first time. And I can't connect Xbox live and enter profile. I try everything I find at support. Download the last update from official page, create and delete a few profiles, restart router, check network settings, uninstall
hard drive disk. At least I create a profile on my computer and try to download it on Xbox but it failed to connect Xbox live and do not offer me to enter my password. What else can I do?

Can't connect to Xbox live error code 80151012

Hey there, what worked for me when this happened was once the profile download failed and the error code popped up I tested my Xbox Live connection which showed everything was working fine and my console could connect to Live.

After that I was able to download my profile without issue, so see if testing your connection after the failed profile download helps.

lost profile

i tried to re-download my profile when advised to after I could not connect to xbox live. The download failed, and in turn deleted my profile. When attempting again i get an error message:

'sorry, xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded at this time'

80150101 is the error number.

Please help as I cannot access my profile at all

Hi InertComb626038 on your xbox 360 lets go to network setting by going to system setting, network, select your network and test xbox live if it fails go to configure network and then additional settings and restore factory default any time you need to change
your wep key password for your console you have to restore the factory default in order for it to kick out completely . This should work,, if it fails again let us know what the error message is or you can use this link...

Hi taidara,

Ran a diagnostic test and it fails between the internet and Xbox Live (Live Connection Error)

1) Cleared the xbox system cache 3 times in a row, removed hard drive and re-inserted it.

2) Turned Xbox back on -- tried to download the LIVE profile but failed because I can't connect to Xbox Live.

I forgot to say, the Xbox Live connection test fails between Internet and Xbox Live, the error type is Live Connection Error

Hi there, after you disconnect from Xbox Live and the download of the profile fails have you tried immediately tried testing your Xbox Live connection to see if it re-connects or gives you the same or different error code?

The only reason I say this is I had a similar problem on the weekend and testing my connection after the profile download failed seem to fix the issue and I could download my profile fine. Please see here for info on testing the connection as well as troubleshooting

If that doesn't seem to help please post any new error codes etc.that you might see.
