Failed Repair

    Failed Repair


    I sent my Xbox One in for repair and i purchased the expedited return, and that was a waste of money since it was not expedited it sat at the service center for 7 days before it was shipped out. And then i get my console back and it is still doing the same
    thing, basically they took my money and just let my console sit there at the service center and then just sent me the same one back. What a joke and complete and utter customer service failure.

    Error 0x80820002 - Disc spins and stops regularly before giving error message

    Both failed so checked it in for repair - cheers anyways

    Hi, sorry but that would seem to indicate that the internal flash memory unit in the console failed, you would need to arrange a repair.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here will be able to help with this. You should contact phone support to let them know what happened to see if there's anything they can do to resolve the issue.

    Like Cow said, it sounds like your HDD is in the process of failing, or has failed.

    Then I can only assume that the DVD laser has failed or is failing, you'll need to contact support and request a repair. Sorry.
