    I check the release date in France (Europe),it's the same as North America,November 11th 2014....

    yeah what they said. stay away from gameplay, play and amazon they have failed in the past i got one game from amazon almost a week after the release date

    There is no release date as of yet but be sure to check out xboxs event nxt month hopefully they be release in the date for the gameon the show

    Will games be available for purchase before the console?

    Your best bet is to check with retailers closer to release, even the November 5th date is a "placeholder" (I checked the Playstation 4 release as the release date was announced earlier for that, and still the retailers haven't amended the date it's still
    a placeholder.)

    I'm sure it'll be the same release date as the console, so the developers have extra time on the next-generation version (just my thoughts).

    It's possible that your pre-order got failed. Please check it on your account order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Check if the status of your order says failed or canceled.

    Please note that when pre-ordering an item or game from Xbox, you only get charged around 10 days before the release date. So you may have not noticed that the payment was unsuccessful.
