    Failed Harddrive, lost in forever ever land..?


    My new Xbox 360 had a failed harddrive, per the error codes. we followed online instructions, obtained a service number, boxed up the hard drive and sent it back. I've been through 3 different online help folks, and now supposedly escalated to a customer
    care advocate, who pointed out some things I already knew.

    Why can't they just give me a replacement hard drive!!! how about a live body to talk to?

    I'm about to give up and kiss this XBOX experiment goodbye! I have 3 service numbers, one shipping number, and still no help. Really?

    I'm in the same position now. 99% and failed. Did this ever get resolved or have I lost everything?

    Majority of games not loading

    This is the worst console I've ever owned. Most the time it is nothing more than a $300 paperweight. Microsoft has forever lost my business with this atrocity of a gaming platform.

    If you've sent the damaged HDD to Microsoft you'll be receiving your replacement shortly.

    I am going through the same issue. It has been over a month and still getting the run around. Been through support 5 times, still getting no where close to resolution.

    Finally got the replacement hard drive... so this did get resolved.
