    FAILED GAME CAPTURES


    My Xbox One X will not capture game clips CORRECTLY.

    I HAVE ALREADY FOLLOWED THE XBOX SUPPORT TROUBLESHOOTER WHICH DID NOT HELP. HAVE TRIED HARD AND SOFT REBOOT WHICH USUALLY WORKS FOR ONE 30 SECOND CLIP BEFORE THE ISSUE BEGINS AGAIN.

    It is set to record 30 Seconds at 1080p SDR

    (The reason for this, is because I considered 4K clips may have been the reason for failed captures but that is clearly not the case)

    I record in game by pressing the Xbox button on the controller and then pressing “X” to capture. Clips that should be 30 seconds are capturing under 10 seconds.

    There is no issues as far as storage is concerned (316GB Free)



    Any fix for this?

    Hilarious comic. It was almost as funny as reading the real thing but it just failed to capture the genuine stupidity within it.

    Upload app "capture not saved" error

    Similar problem: I had 210 captures. Selected all and saved. Only 155 saved. I used xboxdvr.com to pull my saved captures to my PC and deleted the "saved" captures from Upload. The remaining 55 "unsaved" captures fail to save and give the aforementioned
    error at the beginning of this thread. All of my captures are recorded by me and this also includes screenshots.

    Any updates from a Moderater would be extremely helpful
