    Failed digital purchase


    Please Help. Ipurchased DARK SOULS a while ago (digitally) on the xbox 360, but ive also played it recently through backwards compatibility. It got deleted off my xbox and now it says i would have to repurchase it for $20. Is there any way to fix this this
    game was amazing.

    You are wellcome! It might because your credit card doesn't have international, recurrent and online payments activated, i'd suggets to try to use another one.

    Thanks. I check it already and last point is money return and now my bank holds this amount. I don't warry about money but I want to figure out why this happened because this is not a first time. Actually I often can't by something from marketplace.

    Sorry to hear it. If you had originally purchased the game on your account you'll need to go to my games and apps then ready to install on the xbox one to install it to the console.

    How does a supposed AAA game in this day and age not allow players to change simple game options in all of the main game modes? In MyCareer, you can not change any gameplay options at all, including the difficulty level which is too easy or the ability
    to turn on Blood which is turned to Off by default.
