Failed attempt to buy a game

Hi,

This past saturday we tried to buy Cuphead though our console. We tried it first with X card, marked an error (in really small letters, dunno why the screen went all small during this), attempted it a couple of times again, still an error. Ok, let's try
with another card, and the same.

The issue is that on Sunday morning I recieved 2 notifications from Y card bank saying the transaction has been approved. Twice. And then later, another approved transaction from a lower amount. Thing is, the game still shows as "Play game" - "If you own
a disk, insert it, or go to store to get it". I was charged twice for a game I cannot play cuz it seems I didn't buy it.

Phoned my bank to check, there is no sign of those 3 charges, need to wait another day. And I can even ask for a refund on here cuz I don't have the purchase ids.

What can I do if nothing shows up in my bank account? How can I get a refund for those $36 dollars?
