Discus and support fail paying creditcard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; why can i dont pay with creditcard, when i pressing pay button it says error and a code that looks like 238id-87e9c-4839gkc- not exacly.     why can i dont pay with creditcard, when i pressing pay button it says error and a code that looks like 238id-87e9c-4839gkc- not exacly. I try again and again but same message

    Other paying option then creditcard

    You can add Xbox gift cards to your account which will add money on your account to purchase content (it cannot be used for subscriptions).

    Thanks for your time. But will there be a option. That you can pay otherwise then your creditcard ? Like with prepaid card's or anything else.

    You need to find the exact code, not an approximate one, then you can search it on the error code lookup page.

    I was playing wot on xbox suddenly game froze and I was thrown out of session a message appeared that my membership had been suspended until I updated my payment option .I have now done this but cant get back on line ,

    Your credit card probably expired. If you have automatic renewal then thats a possibility.

    Also if you tried to purchase something and a hold was put on the card ,this can happen if your bank/lender has a credit watch on your account

    Then for some reason you don't have enough money on your creditcard to pay for the pre orderd game because if you pay with creditcard your charged around 1 week before the release and if you pay with money on your account then you payed for the game the
    day you pre orderd it
