    Er is op 1 dag 4 keer geld a 6,99 € van de rekening gehaald voor een maand abonnement xbox live.

    Ik heb geprobeerd deze te annuleren maar er staat restitutie niet mogelijk.

    Waar kan ik dit stop zetten of terug vragen.

    Un jeu que j ai acheté à disparu non seulement de mes téléchargements mais aussi de mes factures

    mon jeu the division a carrément disparu de mon environnement depuis la mise jour 4k plus possible de le télécharger et surtout le plus gros gag du siècle il n est plus dans mes factures...

    and see what the charges are for you will also need this for the

    refund request form

    To
    cancel the subscription
    you can go to the profile subscriptions.

    If you are still having issues trying to cancel the subscription you can request a call back from a support agent.
    When you go to
    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
    • Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
