    We sold the XBOX in October !! Have none at all. We did not know, however, that this subscription continues. Please cancel the invoice and return the amount for the subscription to my credit card! We would be very grateful !!! We have not known this and
    have as I said no XBOX any more! Thank you very much. Device: XBOX 360.

    probleme facture

    bonjours j'ai un soucis avec une facture xbox live voila ma carte visa et enregistré et j'ai une facture impayé alors que je ne voulais pas le renouvellement de mon abonnement j'aimerai surprimé ma carte visa pour annulé cette facture merci

    Seitdem ich vor einigen Tagen das XBOX Live Gold Abo abgeschlossen habe werden mir auf der Box keine Kontoinformationen angezeigt.Stattdessen bekomme ich permanent den Fehlercode 8C150009.Anfragen an die zuständigen Supports werden gar nicht
    oder nur flüchtig/mangelhaft beantwortet.Hat vielleicht wer eine Lösung für das Problem?

    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us     as they are the only ones who have access to your billing info.

    Nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    You should of cancelled the auto renewal when you sold the console.

    Ein ABO oder Einkauf unter der benannten Bestellnummer wurde nicht angezeigt.

    Laut der einziehenden Bank " KLARNA " muss es sich um eine Bestellung vom 27.10.2019 handeln.
