J'ai en ma possession une xbox one, j'ai payer min abonnement le 11/04/2018, je suis ensuite aller sur mon compte xbox pour annuler le prélèvement automatique. Cependant, lorsque j'ai annuler le renouvellement automatique, celui ci a couper mon abonnement.
Je souhaite que vous me le remettiez le plus vite possible puisque j'ai était prélever le montant de 6,99€ le 11/04, et je ne peux plus jouer.

Ps: j'ai une capture d'écran de mon compte où il y a le numéro de commande pour l'abonnement.

Xbox live facturation

Hello,

I have a problem with my Xbox live subscription. I deactivated its renewal on the 19th april because the end of the subscription is the 20th but I was taken on the 17th for the renewal. Now I have paid but I am not a subscriber.

I want my Xbox live back (no matter if i've paid however i won't) without pay another.

How did i do ?

Thanks for your post. To view your subscription renewal dates on the Xbox, visit Settings>Account>Subscriptions, there you will be able to see billing dates and what payment method is being used to bill your subscription.
