    Ayuda por favor ayer compre una targeta de regalo xbox de 139 pesos para pagar mi suscripción vencida de xbox live gold ingrese el codigo y ya tenia el saldo en mi cuenta y cuando quise pagar la suscripción ya no estaba mi saldo de 139 pesos ya revise mi
    historial de compras y no aparece nada de que me haya gastado y hasta el momento sigo sin gold

    Hi Enrique,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you want to renew your subscription. You are able to use the currency to renew. Only if it is not past due. If it is past due you need a credit/debit card on file. Easiest way to tell is if your subscription
    says suspended, it is most likely past due. If it isn't and unable to use currency, we recommend requesting a call from support to assist you.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on funds. Is your region all set to Argentina even with your card. If region is set to USA it will ask for dollars. You can request a call from support to have them assist you as they will
    be able to see all that information.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Hey, sorry but I don´t know hot to create a new topic.

    I need help, my problem is that I can´t buy anything since my game pass ultimate ended, I can´t buy any games or pay game pass again, I tried with my two debit cards but the problem persists.

    Please I request some help I wan´t to get back my game pass and buy DLCs.
