Thanks for coming to the forums. When you select the reset, the screen will go black, it can vary on how long. The next screen should say preparing console. After that you will be asked to download profile. If it has been black for a while you can

power cycle the console.

Just factory reset, (keep all games and apps option) and hit factory reset to solve this issue.
