    Hi,

    if you ar connected to Xbox Live, your savegames will be automatically stored in the cloud.

    After a factory reset, your savegames will not be lost. Same issue, if you will play a game on the Xbox One of a friend. Only log in with your Gamertag and you will be able to get access to your game saves.
